Last summer I made these longer-length shorts, and when I came to wear them this year they felt a bit snug, and also a bit boring. So I lengthened the elastic in the waist, inserted a rainbow gusset, and for good measure added belt loops and a rainbow belt. Much better! 🌈☀️
